Daca motivele primei cezariene nu se mentin, se poate naste vaginal fara probleme si mai ales daca cicatricea primei nu este facuta vertical, ceea ce nu prea se mai practica (de obicei se face o incizie tranversala joasa).
Studiile arata ca nasterea vaginala dupa cezariana este mai mult o problema emotionala a gravidei decat una fizica.
